Yoma Car Sales is an online vehicle auction site which allows automotive dealers and individuals in Myanmar to place bids and purchase the pre-owned vehicles. Yoma Car Sales is a part of Yoma Fleet Limited. The vehicles listed through Yoma Fleet are under the ownership of Yoma Fleet Limited.
By using Yoma Car Sales, the bidder agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in the T&Cs.
Yoma Car Sales may update terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on www.carsales.yomafleet.com and the bidder is responsible for checking the T&Cs for changes.
Participation in auctions is only permitted for users who have registered with Yoma Fleet. True and accurate information is needed in consideration to permit of the use of service.
If any information is provided untrue or inaccurate, Yoma Fleet has the right to terminate the account and refuse future use of the Service.
The bidder is solely responsible to maintain the username and password confidentiality and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under his/her account.
The bidder agrees not to impersonate any other person or use any false name or use any other person's user name and password to access the Services.
Username and password shall be terminated at any time without notice and if Yoma Fleet has reason to believe that such user name and password have been used by any person other than the registered bidder.
Any auction bid made is considered as entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the vehicle from Yoma Car Sales by the winning bidder.
The highest bid at auction close shall be the winning bid.
If for any reason the winning bidder fails to make complete the purchase process, Yoma Car Sales reserves the right to offer the vehicle to the next highest bidder.
The bidder is welcomed to check vehicles on our sites during bidding period. Check contact details to arrange.
Details of the winning bid amount will be provided by email/sms to the winning bidder.
Payment for winning bids will be made via bank transfer.
Bank receipt should be uploaded to the winning bidder’s account at the Yoma Car Sales website after transferring the winning bid amount to Yoma Fleet’s bank account.
Yoma Car Sales reserves right to terminate the winning bidder’s bid and/or registered account if the winning bid amount is not transferred to Yoma Fleet’s bank accounts within 48 hours of receiving the email/sms notification of the winning bid.
Vehicles can be collected only after the full amount of winning bid is transferred to Yoma Fleet’s bank account and the contract is signed by both parties.
The bidder needs to bring their National Registration Card and bank receipt to complete the contract formalities.
Yoma Car Sales reserves the right to close the auction early.
